    Senior review

    Your brief is reviewed by a senior investigator within four business hours. We confirm receipt and triage the matter to the right practice.

  2. 02

    Scoping call

    A 20–30 minute confidential call to confirm scope, capability, location and operational requirements. Cost and timing are discussed openly.

  3. 03

    Written terms

    You receive written terms detailing scope, fee structure, deployment window and reporting format before any work is performed.

  4. 04

    Deployment

    On signed approval, the file is opened, the senior investigator is assigned, and field or desk work begins inside the agreed window.
